The auction for the home we wanted to bid on was ending at midnight, and after being disappointed by multiple agents who said they'd help but didn't, or couldn't, my wife quickly reached out to a bunch of random local agents at around 11:30pm, and Luke quickly responded, and was willing to help. From what seemed like an impossible task for other agents, Luke was able to complete with ease. He submitted our offer before midnight, and the following morning, notified us that we won the auction!
